Community Relations

Providing exceptional service to clients is the core of what we do. Savant Capital Management believes it is important to go even further by supporting our local communities through charitable giving, corporate sponsorships, and volunteerism. We support organizations and programs that align with our corporate values and directly impact the community, with the belief that it is good business to support the areas in which our clients, employees, and offices are located.

Submission Process

Each organization must complete the online Request Form with required information. Be sure to submit your request according to the committee meeting dates. If you have any additional documentation or supporting materials that will assist us in evaluating your request, email communityrelations@savantcapital.com or fax (815) 226-2195. Due to the volume of requests that we receive, we are unable to respond personally to every request. If you do not hear from us within 30 days, know that we appreciate your request and please consider reapplying again next year.

Donation Requests

Organization requests are reviewed regularly. Every first Friday of the month a committee reviews requests for monetary support over $1000.00. Requests under $1000.00 will be considered on an ongoing basis. Only one proposal will be accepted per program per calendar year. Requests for multi-year funding will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The committee will determine the feasibility and benefits of each request.

In your request, please address how Savant’s support would help your organization contribute to one or more of the following goals:

  • Supporting the arts
  • Promoting health and wellness
  • Enhancing lifelong learning and education
  • Providing for those less fortunate in times of need

Volunteerism

Savant demonstrates a community commitment by encouraging our employees to get involved. We volunteer through a variety of local nonprofit organizations, helping to make a real and lasting difference in our communities. Savant has also implemented the Savant Volunteer Grant Program, designed to recognize and encourage employee volunteer activities through contributions to specific organizations in which they are involved. Please let us know if your organization has any volunteer opportunities for Savant staff.
