Business Continuity Update

March 22, 2020

All of Savant’s physical locations will be closed through April 7 or until the “all-clear” is issued on the COVID-19 pandemic. In the meantime, we have become a remote workplace. Your Savant team, supported by robust and secure technology, continues to stand at the ready to serve your needs.

Business Continuity UpdateOn Friday afternoon Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker ordered all state residents to remain in their homes except to obtain essential items until April 7. Several other states have issued similar orders. To comply with this order and to help ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff, all of Savant’s physical locations will close during this time and we will become a remote workplace.

A few items to note:

  • We look forward to serving you through meetings over the phone and via video conference.
  • We encourage you to transfer documents through our secure, client-friendly portal.
  • At this time, documents can still be received through U.S. mail, but there may be delays.

Your Savant team, supported by robust and secure technology, continues to stand at the ready to serve your needs. Currently, we plan to re-open our offices on April 8 or when the all-clear is issued. Feel free to contact your advisor by phone or email if you have any questions or concerns.

Most importantly, we wish you and your family good health and well-being during this time. Thank you for your continued confidence.
