Brent Brodeski Featured in Wall Street Journal Jan. 2010
Press Release - Savant Capital Management
January 7, 2010
In an article featured in today’s issue of The Wall Street Journal, Brent Brodeski of Savant Capital Management discussed strategies to protect clients’ portfolios during the economic downturn and navigate the market in 2010. Savant’s Managing Director Brodeski provided insight on his model portfolio for Savant’s clients and outlined how the economic downturn has affected their allocations and willingness to be exposed to risk.
[Excerpt from article written by Shefali Anand of The Wall Street Journal] “In 2010, Mr. Brodeski expects stocks to continue to do well, as he thinks they aren’t too expensive by historical standards. But he feels yields from long-term bonds and bond funds are too low, making them a poor investment.”
This is the second time that Brodeski has been featured in The Wall Street Journal; he was included in an article in June 2009. Savant’s Managing Director Tom Muldowney and Financial Advisor Brian Knabe were also featured in the publication in 2009.
