Savant & Advisors Recognized Among Top in the Country

McLean, VA (November 13, 2012) – The Monitor Group, now a part of Savant Capital Management, a nationally recognized, fee-only wealth management firm headquartered in Rockford, IL, has been recognized among the top in the country in a national publication and two major local publications.
The Monitor Group was recognized by Advisor One as one of the Top Wealth Management Firms in 2012. The Monitor Group was ranked #94 out of 100 companies. The 12th annual list, which is based on survey results compiled by the financial publication’s editors, recognized the top Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) in the U.S. by assets under management (AUM) per client. This is the second consecutive year The Monitor Group has been included on the list. With Savant’s recent combination with The Monitor Group, they now manage more than $2.7 billion in assets.
The Washington Business Journal recently featured Savant Capital Management on the National Association of Board Certified Advisor Practices (NABCAP) Premier Wealth Advisor list. This exclusive list of advisors represents the best in quality wealth management in the Washington, DC, Metro area. NABCAP evaluated and ranked firms based on 20 categories of practice management; including experience, education, cost and investment planning.
Northern Virginia Magazine, a publication dedicated to the Washington, DC Metro area, recently released its “Top Financial Professionals” list. Glenn Kautt, CFP ®, EA, AIFA, and Cal Brown, CFP ®, MST, with Savant Capital Management, were both included on this prominent list. The advisors were selected after being nominated by their industry peers. This is the second consecutive year advisors from The Monitor Group, now Savant Capital Management, have been included on the list.
