Financial Advisor

Jeff is a financial advisor in Savant's Rockford, IL office and a member of the Advisory Team. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the financial planning and investment process for Savant's clients. Jeff regularly meets with clients, other advisors, portfolio managers, and financial planners to formulate and coordinate effective planning, investment, and tax strategies.

Jeff has been involved in the financial services industry since 2015. Before becoming an advisor, he completed Savant's Accelerated Career Development Program, an in-depth advisor training program that provided broad exposure to the foundational areas of Savant and valuable knowledge and experience. Prior to completing the program, he spent four years refining his technical skills in both Savant's investment research and financial planning departments. He assisted financial advisors in developing optimal, tax-efficient investment strategies, prepared inidivdual tax returns, and worked alongside clients to help them envision their ideal retirement and implement the steps to help them get there.

Jeff earned a bachelor of science degree in economics from Illinois State University, graduating with Cum Laude honors. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, a Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), and a Chartered Retirement Plans SpecialistSM (CRPS®). He serves on the board of directors for Rockford Promise, a local non-profit that offers full-tuition college scholarships to deserving graduates of Rockford Public Schools District 205. He also volunteers for Hononegah High School's boys basketball program.

In his free time Jeff enjoys golfing, traveling with his wife Mallory, spending time with friends and family, and watching professional sports.

Jeff joined Team Savant in May 2015.
